The Carnegie Wateler Peace Prize
Every two years, the Carnegie Wateler Peace Prize is awarded by the Board of the Carnegie Foundation to a person or an institution furthering the peace ideal, “in whatever way, by word or deed in the form of international action, in literature, or the arts”. The prize was initiated by Dutch banker Johan Wateler and entrusted to the Carnegie Foundation. Find out more here.
