On 23 January 2020, the New Year’s Reception of The Hague Academy of International Law and the Carnegie Foundation was held at the Peace Palace. Diplomats, partners and friends of the Peace Palace received a warm welcome by Piet Hein Donner, chairman of the Carnegie Foundation and by Prof. Daudet, chairman of The Hague Academy of International Law. Besides, the programme Friends of the Peace Palace was launched. After the welcome, participants had the opportunity to network, enjoy drinks and share inspiring insights.
