Caleidoscope of peace

Especially for the 100th anniversary of the Peace Palace Ozhan Ates, student at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, has designed a ‘wearable’ symbol for children.

On the pax-o-scope it says in Dutch: 'Constructing peace requires a broad vision from different angles'. This pax-o-scope resembles a lot like a caleidoscope. The cover of the pax-o-scope is decorated with illustrations of the most prominent gifts donated to the Peace Palace.
